Committee Review Calendar

Full Review Proposals:

Full review proposals are reviewed by a quorum of the whole committee, and as such, we have set aside three dates per semester to discuss full reviews. Please make sure that if you have a full review proposal, you submit it by our internal deadlines:

Spring 2025 Full Review Submission Deadlines and Meetings:

Fall 2025 Full Review Meetings:

The full review meeting schedule for Fall 2025 will be set after the committee's first meeting in September, following the committee's roster finalization by CAPP. Submission deadlines are two weeks in advance of the full review meeting date.

Expedited Proposals:

Expedited proposals may be submitted at anytime. An expedited review will be completed usually within 2-3 weeks.

Exempt Categories II and III Proposals:

Proposals that meet the critera for exempt category 2 and exempt category 3 may be submitted at anytime. A limited review of these proposals will usually be completed within 1-2 weeks of submission.

Exempt Categories I and IV Proposals:

Proposals that meet the criteria for exempt category I or exempt category IV may be submitted at anytime. Confirmation of exemption determination can be expected within a few days.
